After a long day there is nothing like a delicious Ah-Boong.

I wanted to capture the beautiful ‘process’ of creating one of these.

This naturally led me to create and interactive pop-up piece.

Crafting the little details of the Taikyaki pan and creating a golden crispy ‘fish’ was so satisfying.

One of my favorite paper art pieces to date.
